Heart-themed escape: Valentine’s Day activity book to help diabetics relax.
I have started to self-publish coloring books to offer a simple yet meaningful way for persons with diabetes to learn how to cope with mental health stress.
Coloring pages promote relaxation by helping people redirect their thoughts of health worries and concerns to the present moment.
Sharing a coloring book can be fun to connect with a friend. When sharing, choose a book with many designs so a person can pick patterns that are appealing to both. Take turns coloring or work on the same page together so that this shared activity can provide mutual pleasure.
Gifting a coloring book is a unique way to show your care for an adult or child with diabetes. It is one of the best presents for anyone of any age to enjoy.
